Bizaillion Floors equals attention to detail!
It’s what we do; however, while what we do is important, it’s not as important as what we don’t do!
Let me explain…
Bizaillion Floors, LLC., the experts in tile and stone restoration in Houston Texas and surrounding areas for over 35 years, refinishes Travertine, Marble, Granite, Terrazzo, Saltillo, etc. We do it with exception and with confidence. Many of our competitors have a disclaimer on their quote sheets and invoices that starts with, “We’re not responsible for…” in respect to any damage to baseboards and walls during your floor restoration. This disclaimer seems to always imply, “The walls will be damaged!” They, in fact, are not responsible for damage to your walls. You won’t find disclaimers like that when choosing Bizaillion Floors!
What does this tell you?
The competition is pretty much guaranteeing you they will damage your walls during the process of cleaning and polishing Travertine, Terrazzo and the like, and you, the homeowner, will need to pay for any repairs. Period. This is unacceptable! Many times the damage can be several hundred dollars or in some cases as much as the refinishing itself costs! The tradeoff is the Marble and Granite may look spectacular, but the walls look unsightly! This begs the question, “Why even get my floor refinished in the first place??” You would seem to be losing as much as you’re gaining, right?
It doesn’t have to be this way if you choose Bizaillion Floors! Choose the experts in the industry and let us restore your Marble flooring with exception and with confidence!
Marble Floor Cleaning Displaying NO Damage to Baseboards
35 years ago Bizaillion Floors, LLC. took the approach that there must be a way to restore the beauty of your flooring and not damage walls! For years we have been able to refinish and create extremely beautiful floors without the damage to your baseboards and trim. And guess what?! That’s why you do not see this disclaimer on our bid sheet like you do with other companies. We know at Bizaillion Floors, LLC. that it is a very bold move! And while it is possible to gently brush the wall with the buffer requiring a slight paint touch-up, we can ensure you it will be so minimal that it will take just a few minutes to touch up a spot or two. Rest assured, more often than not, there is not even one spot to touch up!
Don’t Believe Me? Ask Bizaillion Floors, LLC. Customers
They have written multiple testimonials attesting to this very subject. They reveal how they were so worried about the walls getting damaged, and as they had talked to their neighbors and read on the Internet how this was a big worry. They are so amazed how Bizaillion Floors did not cause any damage to their baseboards.
Here is an example of what our satisfied customers are saying:
Bizaillion Floors did a phenomenal job on our floors. Greg and his crew carefully moved all of our furniture. He then spent the entire day honing, polishing, sealing, and buffing our floors. Our travertine floors now look nicer then when we first moved into our home. Greg was also very careful to not scuff our extensive wood trim and cabinetry. Greg also had the most reasonable price for his work. I recommend him highly. ~Amani S. Houston, Texas 77065
What is the answer?
Is it possible to use painters tape? No, absolutely not! Painters tape was made for painters, not for floor refurnishing. When painters tape gets wet, it bonds to the wall and has to be sanded off. In most instances, the tape pulls off more paint than if you had not used it. The truth is, it has been disastrous when used during the floor restoration process, which make sense, since it was never meant for that purpose.
So how does Bizaillion Floors, LLC. remedy this issue?
Well, it is simple. We have spent 35 years working at, believing in and knowing there must be a better way. We implemented several very essential products and techniques. For example, our technique is unique to the industry. We use electronic water injection, diamond pads in conjunction with other high quality products, along with very small edging disks (as small as 12 and 13 inches). We do this because handheld tools do not do the quality along the wall to make equality restoration! Our restoration has quality right up against the wall and in the corners the same way it does across the rest of the floor. Because detail is so important and we do this seamless detail without damaging your walls, baseboard or trim! Our superior tools make restoration of your floors, worry free. We proudly present this ability to our customers and the community providing them with quality restoration, detailed work, reasonable costs, without the worry of damage to your walls and trim.
